What this site publishes is written guidance plus a few graphics generated in code, the barcodes among them. Its operator never shoots, orders, buys or uploads photos or footage of human beings, and no such file sits on the site's servers.

1. Why no records are kept

Sexually explicit images or recordings of real people within the scope of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are not created here, so the operator is no producer in either the primary or the secondary sense. Consequently the records these rules require for producers is not kept, and the content of random-video-chat.live falls outside those record-keeping obligations.

2. Pictures behind Start

Whatever appears on the cam site that Start opens is streamed from the partner's own infrastructure into a separate tab and never touches this site. Services reached by any other partner link work the same way. Each of them is responsible for the people shown there, for verifying their age and for whatever records its own legal duties call for, so any request about such records belongs with that service directly.

3. Over 18, every single time

Every person this text mentions, and everyone you may meet after pressing Start, must have turned 18 – no exception.
